About Jillian

 Jillian Kubala is a Registered Dietitian based in Westhampton, NY. Jillian holds a master's degree in nutrition from Stony Brook University School of Medicine as well as an undergraduate degree in nutrition science. She is certified in plant based nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. 

Jillian uses a unique and personalized approach to help her clients achieve optimum wellness through nutrition and lifestyle changes. 

She specializes in autoimmune conditions including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Jillian was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease in 2019 and knows first hand the impact the condition can have on physical and mental health and wellbeing. She has helped dozens of patients with Hashimoto’s disease live healthier and happier lives by improving their thyroid function and decreasing Hashimoto’s-related symptoms through diet, supplementation, stress reduction, patient advocacy, and more.

In addition to her private practice, Jillian works as a freelance writer and has written hundreds of articles on nutrition and wellness for top digital health publishers such as Healthline, Greatist, Medical News Today, and Health.

Jillian and her husband have a backyard farm where they grow their own food and keep chickens. She runs a small cut flower business specializing in organically grown dahlias.
